Making a few Tweaks

Adding some better support for customising my ToDo app in the CLI.

Using Python modules rich & typer. Rich adds better colour support and formatting in the terminal, the intention is to replace current colours with rich.colours and aslo format the output using rich.tables. Typer adds app() support and could make transitioning to a web app simpler..?
